BEAUTY QUEEN KILLS HERSELF IN HUNGARY

BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — The 17-year-old Miss Hungary committed suicide by taking an overdose of heart medicine, the government newspaper Magyar Hirlap said today. It said Andrea Csilla Molnar was found dead Thursday at her parents' home in Fonyod on Lake Balaton after having taken an overdose of Lidocam. Magyar Hirlap said the reason for her suicide was not known.

Last Oct 5, Miss Molnar won Hungary's first beauty contest since before World War II. She finished third in the Miss Europe contest in Malta this year. As part of her prize, she visited Vienna, Austria, and Cairo, Egypt, and was to visit California this year at the invitation of a promoter there.
